Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings, entry, and participation at ActiveGrid. By making a booking or entering the arena, guests agree to follow the conditions below.

Important Booking Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Bookings may be rescheduled only if the requested new slot is available and the request is approved by ActiveGrid.

1. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to slot availability and are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all booking details, including email address, phone number, date, time, and number of players, are correct.
  • Prices, packages, game availability, and operating hours may change without prior notice.
  • Promotional offers, discounts, and special rates cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling

  • Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling requests are considered only on a best-effort basis and depend entirely on slot availability.
  • ActiveGrid reserves the right to decline a reschedule request if suitable slots are unavailable or if the request is made too close to the booked session time.
  • If ActiveGrid is unable to operate a booked session due to a technical issue, safety issue, or other operational reason, an alternate slot or another suitable resolution may be offered at management discretion.

3. Arrival and Entry

  • Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled slot for check-in and briefing.
  • Late arrival may reduce actual play time, and entry after the session has started may be restricted depending on operations.
  • Valid booking confirmation may be requested at the venue before entry is allowed.
  • Entry may be refused to any person who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or unwilling to follow staff instructions.

4. Safety and Participation

  • All players must follow instructions provided by ActiveGrid staff at all times.
  • Guests should participate only if they are physically fit to engage in active gaming activities involving movement, jumping, bending, or quick reflexes.
  • Participation is at the guest's own risk. ActiveGrid is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe behavior, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Anyone with a medical condition, recent injury, or any health concern that may affect safe participation should consult a medical professional before playing.

5. Dress Code and Personal Items

  • Socks are compulsory for all gaming sessions.
  • If guests do not bring socks, socks may be available for purchase at the venue, subject to stock availability.
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for movement is recommended.
  • Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. ActiveGrid is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought to the venue.

6. Conduct Inside the Arena

  • Damage to arena equipment, LEDs, fixtures, sensors, or other property caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts may be charged to the responsible guest or group.
  • Running, pushing, rough play, abusive language, or unsafe conduct that disrupts staff or other guests is not permitted.
  • Food, beverages, chewing gum, and sharp objects may be restricted inside play areas.
  • ActiveGrid reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises without refund if conduct is unsafe, abusive, or damaging.

7. Children and Group Responsibility

  • Children may be required to be accompanied or supervised by a parent, guardian, teacher, or group coordinator, depending on age and group type.
  • The accompanying adult or group organizer is responsible for the conduct and safety of minors in their care.
  • For school visits, parties, and corporate bookings, the primary organizer accepts responsibility for communicating these terms to all participants.

8. Photos, Videos, and Privacy

  • ActiveGrid may capture photos or videos at the venue for security, operational, and promotional purposes.
  • By entering the venue, guests consent to reasonable CCTV monitoring and incidental appearance in venue photography or videos unless they specifically inform the staff otherwise where feasible.
  • Customer contact details shared during booking may be used for booking confirmation, support, operational updates, and service communication.

9. General

  • Game formats, room access, challenges, and session flow may vary due to maintenance, upgrades, staffing, crowd conditions, or operational requirements.
  • ActiveGrid reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by updating this page.
  • Any dispute or decision relating to booking, entry, safety, or venue conduct will be handled by ActiveGrid management, whose decision will be final to the extent permitted by law.
